These are amazingly simple to use.  If you have short hair, wet the Conditioner Bar, and rub between your hands then massage into your hair (The Conditioner Bar DOES NOT lather).  If your hair is longer, feel free to glide the bar over your hair then massage in.  Run your hands through your wet hair to disperse the conditioner through the full length of your hair (TIP: If you have fine hair, use just a little bit at the ends) adding more conditioner as required until you feel your hair is lightly coated and is soft to the touch. (Do not use too much. This product is super concentrated so less is definitely more!)  Rinse well with warm water, either immediately for light conditioning or leave for a few minutes for deep conditioning.

Great for daily use on all hair types the Conditioner Bar promotes healthy hair and scalp by moisturizing and conditioning without heaviness or residue.

Remember each person will have individual and unique requirements so experiment to see what works best for you!

These long-lasting Conditioner Bars give a no fuss, no waste way to have healthy shiny hair and each bar may provide up to 130 washes (based on short hair washed daily).

They are the perfect conditioner product to pack when travelling because they are not liquid.  Just remember to air dry between uses.

Why should you use them?

You are not paying for water in your product

You are not polluting the waterways with chemicals

You are not choking our oceans and landfills with plastic bottles

Soft, shiny, naturally conditioned hair in a bar!

I hope you will enjoy them!

Ingredients:

BTMS-50 - Behentrimonium Methosulfate or BTMS is a vegetable based conditioning emulsifier. It is commonly used to make hair conditioners. This product contains no hazardous solvents.

Behentrimonium Methosulfate is a quaternary ammonium salt derived from the natural plant oil Colza, or what is commonly known as Rapeseed Oil. It is both a mild primary emulsifier and an effective conditioning agent, which provides elegant cationic emulsions for both skin and hair care products. These emulsions leave hair tangle-free and feeling silky smooth.

Cetyl Alcohol  - An all-purpose, non-gelling thickening agent widely used throughout the cosmetic industry for the stable consistency it gives to the products, it is comprised of 95% fatty acids derived from vegetable oils, primarily palm oil. Cetyl Alcohol is well known to effectively condition and soften the skin and hair. Because of its multi-functional capabilities, this ingredient is used in a wide range of personal care products such as moisturizer, face cream, shampoo/conditioner, anti-aging treatment, hair dye, sunscreen, cleanser and lipstick.

Cocoa Butter - Cocoa butter is a type of vegetable fat that is extracted from cocoa beans.  Cocoa Butter can also help to moisturize your hair, helping to improve its general appearance and strength.

Safflower Oil - Safflower Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the Carthamus tinctorius botanical, a relative of the Sunflower.  Safflower oil is a readily absorbed natural oil which penetrates each, individual shaft of hair with ease, gently penetrating the cuticle and providing an intense injection of hydration and nutrition where it’s needed most.  Unlike synthetic oils, which sit on top of the hair effectively like a shiny plastic coating rather than reaching into the cuticle, safflower oil is drunk up eagerly by thirsty hair, meaning that your locks are left truly restored.

Silk Peptides - Silk Peptides are a highly purified grade of natural silk power, processed in such a way as to retain the original physical structure and chemical composition of silk.  They contain 18 different amino acids, all come from the cocoon of the silk worm, and all have a chemical composition that is very close to that of human skin and hair making them a wonderful source of nourishment and maintenance.  It supports shiny, healthy, strong hair.

Fragrances or Essential Oils: - Baer Naked Soaps only uses Phthalate Free fragrances and quality Essential Oils in all of our products.  Why does this matter?  Phthalates are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break. They are often called plasticizers. Some phthalates are used as solvents (dissolving agents) for other materials. They are used in hundreds of products, such as vinyl flooring, adhesives, detergents, lubricating oils, automotive plastics, plastic clothes (raincoats), and personal-care products (soaps, shampoos, hair sprays, and nail polishes). Phthalates are found in many scented and cosmetic products, where they stabilize the fragrance, increase spreadability, and enhance absorption. So you'll find them in deodorants, nail polish (where they help prevent chipping), hair spray (where they prevent stiffness), perfumes, lotions, creams, and powders (including baby lotions, creams, and powders). The chemicals from these products can be absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream.

Preservatives:  Cosmetic products need preservation to prevent microbial growth, spoiling of the cosmetic product and potential skin infections.  Preservatives play a very important function in products containing water or that come in contact with water; they kill microorganisms and water borne bacteria and prevent the growth of bacteria, mold and yeast.
